Coconut & Pecan Granola with Goji Berries (GF)

  • 4 cups organic quick rolled oats (gluten-free, in necessary)
  • 1/2 cup organic tahini
  • 1/2 cup organic maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons organic cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup organic goji berries
  • 1/2 cup organic pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut flakes


  1. Add all ingredients (except goji berries, pecans and coconut flakes) into a large sized bowl.
  2. Combine the mixture together using your hands and squeezing then crumbling handfuls until everything is well combined. You should have some large clusters remaining.
  3. Put the mixture on a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the oven and stir everything around then put back in the oven for an additional 10 - 15 minutes, keeping a close eye on it so it doesn't over cook and burn.
  5. After the granola has cooled off, put it in another large bowl and add the mix-ins (goji berries, pecans and coconut flakes).
