I’m an accountability partner and friend who gives an unbiased approach, while encouraging you to live a life you love. What I offer is a customized program tailored to your specific needs, where we explore all aspects of your health and wellbeing; including physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. The goal is to achieve optimal health and balance in all areas, and face any resistance to change stemming from self-doubt or low self-esteem. I encourage self-exploration and strongly believe the willingness to explore what lies beneath the surface is a key factor in creating healthy and wholesome patterns of living. I believe that nutrition + fitness is a gateway to being happier in all aspects.
