I am here to empower you to look at who you are and become aware of yourself as a unique individual. As a Health Coach, I’m a supportive mentor and guide that will help you discover which foods and lifestyle choices make you feel best. I’m an accountability partner and friend who gives an unbiased approach, while encouraging you to live a life you love. What I offer is a customized program tailored to your specific needs, where we explore all aspects of your health and wellbeing; including physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. The goal is to achieve optimal health and balance in all areas, and face any resistance to change stemming from self-doubt or low self-esteem. I encourage self-exploration and strongly believe the willingness to explore what lies beneath the surface is a key factor in creating healthy and wholesome patterns of living. I believe that nutrition + fitness is a gateway to being happier in all aspects. I do not prescribe a one-diet-plan-fits-all mentality, or tell you what you should and should not do, but rather work with you to create lifestyle changes that are sustainable and effective for your body. Perfection is unattainable; rather than striving for the impossible, I believe in leaving flexibility to have fun and enjoy your life, while finding ways to eat healthy and live actively. Transformation is the objective; it is possible! 

My one-on-one coaching program is a good fit for you if you:

Together we will:

  • Unfold your story and acknowledge where you are in life and how you got there; recognize your potential for change and expansion.
  • Explore all aspects of your health and wellbeing including home and work environments, relationships, spirituality, food, and exercise.
  • Aim to find balance and a well-rounded view of your needs for growth.
  • Identify your beliefs and values and examine how they’re either blocking you from or nudging you toward healing.
  • Practice a variety of mind-body techniques to expand your consciousness and strive towards a wholesome and healthy life.
  • Map out your success through customized recommendations that will easily integrate into your daily life.

Basic program includes:

  • Two one-on-one 50-minute coaching sessions per month
  • Unlimited e-mail support between sessions
  • Healthy recipes that are easy to prepare
  • Guidance to help you set goals specific to your unique needs
  • Support and accountability to help you consistently progress to achieve your goals
  • Handouts and other resources to keep you on track
  • Complimentary attendance to any other group program that I offer during our time together
