Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance for a 60 minute sound bath to celebrate the season at Sacred Sound of the Soul. As we emerge from the dark period of winter and return to the budding of new life, the days become longer and we have the opportunity to restore ourselves physically and energetically with the aid of sound meditation.

This experience is infused with tranquil sounds and healing vibrations where you will be bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments, including alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Held in the beautiful Crystal Tones Temple of Encinitas, CA, you will be surrounded by hundreds of crystals chosen for their healing properties. If you feel called to explore any of these alchemy singing bowls after the session ends, Jeny will be available to assist.

Sound Meditation Ceremony
