Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance at JIV Studio for a 60 minute Chakra Balance Sound Bath that seeks to bring the body’s frequencies into alignment with its natural vibrational state, promoting health, well-being, and harmony.
Chakra Balance Sound Bath
This sound healing experience aims to balance the seven major chakra energy centers through mindful breathing and the soothing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, ceremonial drums, gongs, and chimes. Participants will be led on a journey to awaken, align and activate each chakra. This class will help clear obstacles and distractions from one’s pursuit of the Higher Self, while also encouraging attitudes and habits that will empower you to live a healthy and whole life.
Sound Bath Studio in Del Mar
During this meditative practice, harmonious sound waves fill the space as you relax on a yoga mat and receive vibrational medicine. Deep relaxation is one of the most significant benefits you will receive as the sounds permeate your system, activating the body’s system of self-healing and returning it back to harmony. The sounds from the instruments produce a calming effect that slow down the brainwaves for restoration and rejuvenation.
Like with most alternative healing modalities, everyone’s experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people will feel peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough.

Notes: Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring any additional props for comfort such as a cushion and eye pillow.
Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Doors will be locked at 6:45p to avoid disruptions during meditation.
