Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance at The Unity Center for a 60-minute sound healing aimed at helping the body return to its natural state of balance, supporting overall health and well-being.
Sound Bath at The Unity Center San Diego
This session will focus on balancing the seven major chakra energy centers, using mindful breathing and the soothing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, ceremonial drums, gongs, and chimes. You’ll be guided to activate each chakra, clearing any mental or emotional blocks that may be holding you back, while also encouraging healthy habits and a balanced mindset.
As you relax on a yoga mat or in a chair, the sounds will fill the space, providing a calming experience that helps the body restore itself. The sounds promote deep relaxation, slow brainwaves, and activate the body’s natural healing process, allowing you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
Each experience is unique, and participants may feel a sense of peace, experience visualizations, or gain new insights.
