Join Zen Soul Balance, Club Pilates, and CreatIV at Mission Bay for a free wellness offering that includes a 45-minute restorative flow pilates class focused on building mind body connection with Olivia and ending with a 30-minute sound bath with Jeny. CreatIV will be providing IV bags and Vitamin shots for discounted rates.
