Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance at The Unity Center for a 60 minute sound bath that seek to recalibrate with harmonious sound waves for the month of May. Spring is in full bloom, bringing with it a time of growth, renewal, and positivity. May also marks Mental Health Awareness Month, making it the perfect opportunity to focus on your mental health and well-being.

Self-care is essential for overall wellness, and sound healing serves as powerful vibrational medicine that calms the mind and supports the body’s natural recovery process. This practice creates deep relaxation, providing the ultimate form of self-care.

During this meditative experience, the vibrations create a cocoon of sound as you relax on a yoga mat or in a chair. The soothing sounds activate the body’s natural healing system, bringing it back into balance. The calming effects slow down brainwaves, promoting restoration and rejuvenation.

Everyone’s experience is unique, and each session may bring new insights. Most participants feel a deep sense of peace, while others may have visualizations, creative insights, or emotional breakthroughs.

Notes: Bring a yoga mat and additional props for comfort such as a cushion, blanket and eye pillow to limit distractions. If you don’t have your own yoga mat you can rent one for $5.
