Yin Yoga and Sound Healing – La Jolla
It’s that time of year again! The Zen Soul Balance annual Holiday offering: Yin Yoga and Sound Healing in La Jolla is confirmed for Tuesday, December 17 at 7pm. The theme for this class is “Give something back,” benefiting children in need at the Lomas Del Valle Community in Tijuana – Mexico. Our aim is to collect toys to provide the kids a happier Christmas!
Suggested donations:
Up to $12 each toy (*no battery operated toys, please!)
Boys: soccer balls and toy cars
Girls: baby dolls and barbie dolls
Babies: soft toys age 0-2 years old
This unique class combines the vibrational healing properties of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes with a slow and meditative yin yoga practice in San Diego.

Jeny and Mark own and operate Zen Soul Balance - a holistic wellness company based in San Diego, specializing in yoga, sound therapy, meditation, mindfulness and nutrition. They are Registered Yoga Teachers and hold certifications in sound healing, holistic health, yoga for children with special needs, and leadership development. Together they inspire others to live healthy lives - to embrace the unity of body, mind and spirit as the catalyst for optimal health and wellness. In addition to large group experiences, ZSB offers private Yoga and Sound Therapy sessions to individual clients.
