Gentle Yoga + Breathwork+ Sound Healing

Join Jeny & Brooke Welty for an amazing experience at Breathe Degrees! You will be guided through 90 minutes of restorative yoga by Brooke and a blissful sound bath by Jeny to cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses to find restful ease in the body. Class will conclude with breathwork that will support the parasympathetic nervous system and will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath.
